Like a lot of kids who grew up alongside YouTube, I’ve always been drawn to the idea of creating content. The minute I got my hands on my mom’s computer at 10 years old, I started teaching myself how to record gaming videos, and I was hooked.

By 12, I had started my first YouTube channel, making Pokémon GO content and teaching myself how to edit in iMovie. A few years later, an AV Tech class during my freshman year of high school gave me my first experience with the more technical side of production and helped lay the groundwork for the skills I use today.

When the COVID-19 pandemic pushed nearly everything online, that hobby quickly started turning into something more. I began editing videos and assisting with marketing for my local church, Faith Family, as a Tech Production Intern. Around the same time, I was given the opportunity to handle the video editing for the 2020 Choose Connection Summit, a large-scale virtual event hosted by Daring Ventures featuring experts, therapists, and thought leaders in couples therapy and betrayal trauma.

My work on that summit was a turning point for me.

Following the Choose Connection Summit, Daring Ventures brought me on as their Social Media Manager and Video Editor. Over time, my role grew far beyond editing. I became increasingly involved in digital marketing, social media strategy, virtual events and webinars, CRM management, and the technical systems that brought it all together.

Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to create content alongside leading professionals and organizations in the field, including Michael and Kristin Cary of Living Truth and Carol the Coach, and have served as the head editor for APSATS’ official podcast, Betrayal Recovery Radio.

But I never stopped creating content for myself.

Back in 2024, I returned to the roots that started me down the path that led me to where I am today: YouTube. Through my personal channel, I focused on creating high-energy, retention-based gaming videos built around fast pacing, humor, storytelling, and, most importantly, content that I genuinely wanted to watch myself.

I once heard a creator I really look up to, Wendigoon, say, “If the content you’re looking for doesn’t exist, create it, because there’s definitely someone else out there looking for the same thing." That idea has become a big part of how I approach everything I create today.

The journey from creating QuickTime videos on my mom’s computer to producing content professionally is what’s shaped the way I work today. Whatever you want to create, I can help you bring it to life.
